Custom Leather Goods
Our leather workshop specialises in accessories that improve with age. We source full-grain vegetable-tanned leather from Swiss and Italian tanneries, selected for character and durability. Every stitch is hand-sewn with waxed linen thread using traditional saddle-stitching techniques.
Popular commissions include wallets, cardholders, document portfolios, bags, and belts. We also create custom pieces for unique needs such as camera straps, watch rolls, and protective cases.
Bespoke Wooden Objects
Working primarily with Swiss hardwoods such as walnut, cherry, and oak, we create functional pieces that celebrate the natural beauty of the grain. Each piece is finished with food-safe oils that enhance the wood and protect it for generations of use.
Our range includes serving boards, decorative bowls, desk organisers, jewellery boxes, and small furniture pieces. We also undertake restoration of antique wooden objects, breathing new life into cherished heirlooms.
Artisan Ceramics
Our ceramics studio produces hand-thrown and hand-built pottery using locally sourced clay. Pieces are fired in our wood-burning kiln, which creates unique surface effects that cannot be replicated by electric firing. Glazes are developed in-house using natural minerals.
We create both functional ware such as mugs, plates, and vases as well as sculptural pieces for interior decoration. Custom tableware sets can be commissioned for personal or hospitality use.
Woven Textiles
Using floor looms and hand-spinning techniques, we produce textiles of exceptional quality and beauty. Our fibres include Swiss wool, linen, and cotton, often naturally dyed using plant-based pigments from our own gardens.
Products range from throws and blankets to table linens, wall hangings, and custom upholstery fabric. We specialise in reviving traditional Alpine patterns while adapting them for contemporary interiors.
Paper and Bookbinding
Our bookbinding studio offers traditional techniques for creating and restoring bound volumes. We work with handmade papers, fine leather, and archival materials to produce journals, albums, and custom books that will last for centuries.
Services include guest books for weddings and events, personalised journals, photo albums with archival mounting, and restoration of antique books and documents.
